• The products offered are original artworks and art prints created by Mari Ann Rebane.

• Colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.

• Some original artworks (such as drypoint prints) may be produced in editions, which are noted accordingly.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR.

• Mari Ann Rebane is not VAT registered; prices do not include VAT.

• Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.

• Accepted payment method: credit card payments via Stripe.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days in Estonia.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and postal service.

• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• The seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns & Refunds

• Customers have a 14-day window to report damaged or incorrect items upon receiving the order.

• Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• To request a refund or replacement, please contact mari.ann.rebane@hotmail.com within 14 days and provide photos of the issue.

• Refunds or replacements will be issued once the claim is reviewed.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• All artworks, images, and texts on this website are the intellectual property of Mari Ann Rebane.

• No reproduction, copying, or commercial use is allowed without prior written consent.

• Payment information is processed securely through Stripe.

• Personal data (name, email, address) is collected only for order processing and will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary for delivery or payment processing.

• The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the customer’s email address only if the customer has explicitly subscribed by entering their email on the website and giving consent to receive direct marketing messages.

• The customer may unsubscribe from newsletters and offers at any time by notifying us via email or following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails.
